It's been an exciting journey for this mom and pop business! With a shared passion and background in real estate, architecture, interior design and construction... Mario and Suzanna combined forces, and are truly the LA dream team for all your home staging, furnishing needs. We love what we do, creating beautiful spaces daily!
All About Suzanna and Mario
Suzanna has been an LA native since she was 5 years old. Traveling to the states with her parents and older sister, from Armenia, in 1992. She quickly took to the culture, and has been a self-proclaimed "Valley Girl" since! Navigating through mother-hood, divorce, finding herself again and building a successful freelance interior design/architectural firm... Life keeps proving that nothing is too big, and God has a sense of humor. Did I mention she, likes a good joke?! HA!

Then... when Suzanna least expected, Mario, a Greek transplant from Arizona, came into her life. A nice wholesome cowboy, with a background/career in construction! It was perfect. Just as her project management workload was getting out of hand, he packed his bags and moved to LA. Together they built some of the most beautiful homes. Laughing, crying, singing and dancing along the way.

On April of 2024, they welcomed a beautiful baby boy together! Mario's first, and Suzanna's fourth. Since the pregnancy was difficult, and the delivery quite traumatizing. They both decided to take a step back. Take on less construction, and architectural projects and gear more towards interior design and staging. They needed more time together, with their kids and family.

That is when, Designer Home Staging LA was born. The happy medium. They could work together, whilst still creating beautiful spaces, doing what they love. Avoid labor intense and time consuming projects. The beauty of working with this impactful duo, is that they are always local and available. No call or text goes unanswered, and all questions and issues are answered/resolved promptly... No 1-800 number you have to call, and fumble with 1-2-3 options. They have a deep rooted understanding of integrity and a strong belief in God.
